Manager – Sales

One position each in; Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata
Middle management position with absolute responsibilities on the sales functions in the territory assigned. Primarily the job involves effectively directing and managing the work of sales team towards achieving professionally set targets. Particular experience in training sales executives on the job would be critical. Kosher is actively sold through large dealer / distributor networks and predominantly to large companies, particularly to those in the IT sector, directly.

Major challenge would be to actively support the entry of Kosher and allied brands into the retail segment. Relative experience and enthusiasm to work on innovative channel marketing and communication programs would be essential.

Those with about 8 years of work experience out of which at least 2 years with the kind of responsibilities listed above would make a good fit. Good command over written & spoken English and oral communication capabilities in respective local language happen to be crucial.

Executives – Sales

A field job with stiff targets on work and performance. Those with at least 4 years of experience preferably in selling things to large offices and organizations would be suitable. Should be fluent and effective in spoken English and also in the respective local language.

Should be smart, keen to learn and should have the potential work in a highly competitive work situation. With challenge loaded tasks and hand held training in facilitating accomplishment against that, we offer sure shot opportunity for those who have clear ideas about career progression and the ‘will’ to steadfastly go at it. Should posses a two wheeler or should be willing to buy one.
We would be keen to consider candidates with more experience and higher level of competence.

We are also inclined to consider talented freshers who would be professionally trained on the job and through structured training programs.

Manager - Finance & Administration

One; to be based at our Corporate Office in Bangalore
Chartered Accountant with 8 years of overall experience of which at least 2 years with managerial responsibilities on the following functions;

Organizing and supervising all accounts maintenance work so as; a) to comply with all statutory stipulations, b) to be assured of all necessary checks and balances in ensuring flawless operations across functions, and c) to be able to derive sharp analytical statements for management decisions.

Managing all the sales tax related work and to ensure compliance on all other government departmental rules stipulations.

More crucial part of the work however shall be; a) developing suitable MIS; from operational data on stocks for production and sales, production costs and divisional operations costs & revenues, and b) developing suitable cost accounting methods for deriving insights for enhancing production cost efficiencies and competitive economical operations across functions.

The job particularly involves regular work with banks and financial institutions on funds arrangement and management in facilitating planned production capacity expansions and the commensurate increase in sales with expansion of the geographical market for brand Kosher as it evolves with aggressive plans to become national brand.

The job includes all administrative functions including those pertaining to our factories and HR in general.

Exposure to implementing ERP software modules would be a huge advantage since we would progressively adopt technology and shift transactions rapidly to online platforms.

Executive – Sales & Marketing Support

Minimum 3 years of experience in doing functions described below and more importantly convincing abilities to learn quickly on the job.

An office job focused on sales management and support functions. Should be good in written and spoken English and fluent in respective local language. The job particularly demands convincing ability to communicate over phone with a large set of large corporate clientele and also with a larger set of local dealers. Should have experience in handling routine e-mail communications.

Should have good experience in working with excel sheets on order and supply management and also have the potential to work with ERP software on the functions.

Should possess the passion and aptitude to work on innovative promotion programs coupled with strong will to build a successful career in marketing.

Out of 3 positions open in our corporate office in Bangalore we would consider candidates with lesser experience for 2 but with apparent abilities to learn on-the-job.

We are also open to consider candidates with more experience and would accordingly reconsider salary stipulations
