Job Summary

Kosher is looking for a visionary and performance-driven Head of E-commerce to lead our online sales strategy across marketplaces and D2C platforms. The role involves driving growth, improving customer experience, managing digital marketing efforts, and optimizing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, data-driven decision-making ability, and prior experience scaling eCommerce for FMCG or consumer brands.

 

Job Description / Responsibilities:

    1. E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
    2. Online Store Management: Oversee the management of the company’s e-commerce platform, including website development, maintenance, and updates.
    3. Product Management: Manage the online product catalog, including product information, pricing, inventory, and content.
    4. Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions on the e-commerce platform.
    5. Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience across all touchpoints, including website, social media, and customer service.
    6. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to inform business decisions and optimize e-commerce performance.
    7. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and technology partners.
    8. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, including forecasting sales, revenue, and expenses.
    9. Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the company’s e-commerce capabilities.
    10. Increase brand visibility and online presence.
    11. Drive sales growth through effective e-commerce strategies.
    12. Improve customer satisfaction and retention.

 

Desired profile of the candidate

  1. Graduate degree in relevant field
  2. 3+ years of experience in eCommerce
  3. Proven track record of scaling D2C and marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) operations
  4. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and performance analytics
  5. Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Amazon Seller Central
  6. Excellent team management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  7. FMCG or consumer product experience preferred
  8. Ability to drive data-led decisions and deliver revenue growth targets.

Office Timings:
10am to 7 pm- Monday to Saturday
