The primary focus of this role is accurate Sales\/Purchase Billing and maintaining up-to-date records in Tally Prime\/ERP 9. The ideal candidate will ensure that all invoices are generated correctly and payments are tracked systematically.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"529\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"531\" data-end=\"560\"><strong data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"560\">Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Manage day-to-day accounting operations including invoicing, billing, receipts, payments, and journal entries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Maintain accurate and updated financial records in Tally ERP\/Tally Prime.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer account reconciliation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Monitor accounts payable\/receivable and ensure timely follow-ups.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Maintain inventory-related accounting and support stock audits when required.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports for management review.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Identify discrepancies, resolve accounting issues, and ensure error-free records.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"selectable-text copyable-text x15bjb6t x1n2onr6\"><span class=\"selectable-text copyable-text xkrh14z\">Maintain confidentiality and support process improvements in the finance function.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"564\" data-end=\"676\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1542\" data-end=\"1545\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1547\" data-end=\"1568\"><strong data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1568\">Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"2087\">\n<li data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1627\">\n<p data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1627\"><strong>10+ years<\/strong> hands-on experience in handling a branch.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1627\">\n<p data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1627\">Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1627\">\n<p data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1627\">Proven experience in internal audit, finalization of accounts &amp; CA coordination.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1627\">\n<p data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1627\">Expertise in Tally, SAP, or ERP systems with multi-branch setup.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1627\">\n<p data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1627\">Excellent leadership, analytical &amp;
