data-start=\"210\" data-end=\"226\">Job Summary:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"229\" data-end=\"524\">We are looking for an experienced IPQC Engineer (Mechanical) to handle in-process quality checks on the shop floor, ensure product as per specs, maintain quality reports, handle line rejections, and coordinate with production.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"529\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"531\" data-end=\"560\"><strong data-start=\"535\" data-end=\"560\">Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"1540\">\n<li data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"676\">\n<p data-start=\"564\" data-end=\"676\">To carry out in-process quality checks on shop floor as per control plan \/ SOP \/ WI.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"758\">\n<p data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"758\">To monitor daily production activities and ensure product quality as per specifications.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"1068\">\n<p data-start=\"972\" data-end=\"1068\">To inspect raw materials, in-process materials and finished goods as per quality standards<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1138\">\n<p data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1138\">To handle line rejection and analyze root cause for defects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1220\">\n<p data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1220\">To prepare and maintain IPQC reports, daily quality reports, and inspection records.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1303\">\n<p data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1303\">To ensure calibration of measuring instruments and gauges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1304\" data-end=\"1389\">\n<p data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1389\">To coordinate with production and maintenance team for quality improvements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1390\" data-end=\"1455\">\n<p data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1455\">To implement 5S, Kaizen, and quality tools (7QC, SPC, MSA)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1540\">\n<p data-start=\"1458\" data-end=\"1540\">To ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and other quality system requirements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1540\">To support internal \/ external audits.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1540\">To conduct training for operators on quality awareness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1542\" data-end=\"1545\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1547\" data-end=\"1568\"><strong data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1568\">Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"2087\">\n<li data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1627\">\n<p data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1627\">Strong knowledge of Mechanical measurements &amp; instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Dial Gauge etc.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1682\">\n<p data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1682\">Knowledge of Engineering Drawings &amp; GD&amp;T<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1771\" data-end=\"1829\">\n<p data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1829\">Knowledge of Quality Tools &#8211; 7QC, 8D, SPC, MSA, FMEA<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1830\" data-end=\"1897\">\n<p data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1897\">Experience in Manufacturing \/ Machine Shop \/ Assembly Line<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1898\" data-end=\"1959\">\n<p data-start=\"1900\" data-end=\"1959\">Good documentation and reporting skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1960\"
