Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Kosher is seeking a Sales Officer – Retail Trade to join in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG retail trade, with experience building and managing sales in West Bengal.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

– <\/strong>Enlist supermarkets and hypermarkets in Hyderabad to stock and promote our products, increasing visibility and sales.<\/p>\n

– Develop relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams<\/p>\n

– Implement innovative marketing and sales strategies<\/p>\n

– Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional activities.<\/p>\n

– Improved sales and revenue growth.<\/p>\n

– Enhancing brand presence in the Kolkata market.<\/p>\n

– Appoint stockists and negotiate trade agreements<\/p>\n

– Execute sales promotion programs in coordination with retailers<\/p>\n

– Collaborate with sales and marketing support teams for retail outlet enlistment, sales analytics, and business development<\/p>\n

Desired Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n

– <\/strong>Graduate\/Postgraduate with 2+ years of experience in FMCG retail trade<\/p>\n

– Strong understanding of FMCG retail markets in West Bengal<\/p>\n

– Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and local language<\/p>\n

– Ability to work in a competitive environment and willingness to learn.<\/p>\n
