Job Summary

Kosher is looking for a visionary and performance-driven BDE to lead our  sales strategy across marketplaces . The role involves driving growth, improving customer experience, managing. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, data-driven decision-making ability.

 

Job Description / Responsibilities:

a) You will be primarily responsible for generating new leads and converting them into business.
b) Responsible for cold calling, client meetings, and maintaining CRM records in Tally/Excel.
c) You will handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
d) Responsible for achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
e) You will coordinate with internal teams for quotations, invoicing, and post-sales follow-up.
f) Must maintain proper documentation of client interactions and daily activity reports.

 

Desired profile of the candidate

  1. Graduate degree in relevant field
  2. 3+ years of experience in BDE
  3. Proven track record in BDE
  4. Good communication & negotiation skills
  5. Language: English, Hindi, Telugu
  6. FMCG or consumer product experience preferred
  7. Ability to drive data-led decisions and deliver revenue growth targets.

 

Office Timings:
10am to 7 pm- Monday to Saturday
