Job Summary
Kosher, a fast-growing and innovative tissue brand, is seeking a Sales Officer – Dealer & Distributor Sales to drive growth in the Bengaluru region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG retail trade and distributor management, with the ability to strengthen dealer networks, expand market presence, and deliver consistent sales growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills who can build lasting business relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Officer will play a critical role in driving market penetration, achieving revenue targets, and representing Kosher as a trusted, premium brand in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through dealer and distributor networks.

Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with dealers and distributors.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealers/distributors to expand Kosher’s reach and market share.

Conduct regular market visits to:

Track competitor activities

Identify emerging trends and growth opportunities

Gather insights from dealers, distributors, and end-users

Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring queries and complaints are resolved quickly and effectively.

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of supply chain, marketing campaigns, and regional sales initiatives.

Analyze sales data, market feedback, and performance reports to make recommendations for improvement.

Ensure timely reporting, accurate forecasting, and maintenance of sales documentation.
Requirements
-
2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, tissue, hygiene products, or related industries.

Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru market and established dealer/distributor networks.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and drive results.

Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
Education

Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

MBA preferred (not mandatory).
