Job Summary

Kosher, a fast-growing and innovative tissue brand, is seeking a Sales Officer – Dealer & Distributor Sales to drive growth in the Bengaluru region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG retail trade and distributor management, with the ability to strengthen dealer networks, expand market presence, and deliver consistent sales growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills who can build lasting business relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Officer will play a critical role in driving market penetration, achieving revenue targets, and representing Kosher as a trusted, premium brand in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through dealer and distributor networks.

  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with dealers and distributors.

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealers/distributors to expand Kosher’s reach and market share.

  • Conduct regular market visits to:

    • Track competitor activities

    • Identify emerging trends and growth opportunities

    • Gather insights from dealers, distributors, and end-users

  • Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring queries and complaints are resolved quickly and effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of supply chain, marketing campaigns, and regional sales initiatives.

  • Analyze sales data, market feedback, and performance reports to make recommendations for improvement.

  • Ensure timely reporting, accurate forecasting, and maintenance of sales documentation.


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, tissue, hygiene products, or related industries.

  • Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru market and established dealer/distributor networks.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and drive results.

  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.


Education

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • MBA preferred (not mandatory).
