Job Summary

Kosher is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Logistics Executive to manage and optimize our supply chain and distribution operations. This role involves coordinating with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods across India. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in logistics planning, inventory management, and vendor coordination—preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is a must.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

1. 1. Coordinating with production team for finished stock management
   2. Manage and optimize logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
   3. Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
   4. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses to ensure smooth operations.
   5. Analyze logistics data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and cost-saving initiatives.
   6. Manage logistics budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
   7. Lead cross-functional teams to resolve logistics-related issues and improve supply chain performance.
   8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies. 

Desired profile of the candidate

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in logistics management, inventory handling, vendor management, and supply chain support
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
4. Excellent written and spoken English; working knowledge of Kannada and/or Hindi is essential
5. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, in logistics software and systems (e.g., TMS, WMS).; exposure to or willingness to learn ERP systems for sales and logistics functions. .
6. Smart, proactive, and eager to grow within a competitive and performance-driven environment.
7. Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
8. Experience with logistics optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
9. Strong planning and organizational skills.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Office Timings:
10am to 7 pm- Monday to Saturday
