Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Purchase Manager to oversee procurement activities at Kosher. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality raw materials, negotiating with vendors, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely deliveries to support smooth production. Experience in FMCG or manufacturing, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems are essential.

Responsibilities:
– Design and plan construction projects (buildings, roads, infrastructure)
– Oversee site activities, ensure quality and safety compliance
– Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications
– Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders
– Prepare reports, drawings, and documentation
Desired profile of the candidate
- BE/BTech in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools
- Should be fluent and effective in spoken English and knowledge of Kannada / Telegu.
- Should be good and clear in written communication.
- At least 3 – 4 years of experience in independently carrying out the work listed above.
- Should be efficient in MS excel for managing data and reporting.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance standards governing procurement activities.
- Should be smart, keen to learn and should have the potential to work in a highly competitive work situation.
- We would be keen to consider candidates with more experience and higher level of competence in undertaking the job set detailed
Preferred:
– Experience with construction projects in Bengaluru
– Knowledge of local regulations and codes
Office Timings:
10am to 7 pm- Monday to Saturday
