Job Title: Front Desk Officer / Data Entry Executive

 

Job Summary

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Front Desk Officer / Data Entry Executive to manage front office operations while ensuring accurate and timely data entry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also handling administrative and data management tasks efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities

 

Front Desk Responsibilities

 

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

  • Manage reception area and maintain a welcoming environment

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier services

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

  • Coordinate with internal teams for visitor meetings

  • Maintain visitor logs and issue entry passes if required

 

Data Entry Responsibilities

 

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems

  • Verify data accuracy and correct errors when identified

  • Maintain digital and physical records

  • Prepare reports and basic documentation as required

  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of information

  • Assist accounts/admin/sales teams with documentation and record-keeping


Requirements

 

  • 12th pass or Graduate.

  • Experience in front desk, data entry, or a similar role preferred.

  • Strong communication skills (Hindi & English).

  • Good telephone etiquette and presentation skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and email handling.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.

  • 3 years of experience in front desk, administration, or data entry (Freshers with good skills may apply)

  • Typing speed with good accuracy

Work Days: Monday to Saturday
