Job Summary
Kosher is seeking a Sales Officer – Dealer & Distributor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG retail trade and dealer distributers with experience in building and managing sales in all or either of the cities mentioned above.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets through the dealer and distributor network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the dealer and distributor network.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, identify market trends, and gather customer feedback.
- Provide excellent customer service to dealers, distributors, and end-users.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to achieve regional sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or tissue industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Bangalore market and dealer/distributor network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Education:
Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
