We are looking for a Store Incharge to manage and oversee daily operations at our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling store activities, supervising staff, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring smooth operations. The role demands strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to store management.
Job Description:
The Store Incharge will oversee the end-to-end functioning of the store, ensuring that inventory is well-maintained, staff are trained and motivated, and customers receive excellent service. This position requires proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with inventory management systems. The candidate will also be responsible for reporting, data accuracy, and maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations

Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth functioning.

Supervise and schedule store staff, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Maintain store hygiene, display standards, and an organized environment.
2. Inventory Management

Receive, store, and dispatch stock accurately and efficiently.

Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve discrepancies.

Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
3. Computer & Reporting Skills

Use Microsoft Excel for data management, tracking, and analysis.

Maintain accurate software entries for inventory, sales, and store data.

Generate regular reports and share operational insights with management.
4. Customer Service

Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Handle queries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Support promotional activities to drive sales and meet targets.
5. Administrative Tasks

Maintain store documentation, reports, and files (physical and digital).

Prepare and submit operational and performance reports to management.

Graduate in any discipline
Experience:

2–3 years of experience in retail store management or supervisory role
Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic inventory management software
